Its been a big couple weeks for SCOTUS.
- The court decided that out of state internet businesses must pay sales taxes even without a physical presence in the state
- On fairness grounds, the court reversed for a new hearing a Colorado baker’s fine for failing to accept LGBTQ customers
- On procedural grounds the court reversed two challenges to gerrymandering.
Expect the issues in the last two cases to be before the court again in the next year or so.
