Seminar: State and Federal Employment and Labor Laws

On Sept. 10, 2015, Kevin McManaman of the Knudsen Law Firm and author of the Nebraska Human Resources Library will be presenting Employment Handbooks and Policies in the 21st Century. This comprehensive seminar will cover a gamut of various Nebraska and federal labor laws and regulations. It will also focus on the many aspects of employer-employee relationships before, during and after employment, with explanations of key responsibilities, forms, reports, records, administrative procedures, and penalties. This workshop is a must for anyone responsible for employee benefits or compliance, including senior executives, managers, business owners, HR managers, payroll staff, attorneys or anyone else who gets their kicks from fascinating employment related issues.

Labor attorney Jerry Pigsley of Woods & Aiken, LLP and Tom Champoux, a highly respected account executive with UNICO Group.
